Brilliant watch and great customer service

"I can’t believe the response from customer service. I had a slight problem with the watch and contacted customer service department, the response was amazingly quick, it is important to have good customer service that you can have confidence in. The watches are absolutely beautiful and great quality. I returned mine because of a minor problem, but needed a replacement ASAP so they refunded the payment and I reordered a new watch on Wednesday afternoon, i then reordered and the replacement arrived Friday morning. Absolutely amazing service, buy with confidence. Phil"
