"I receied this order on June 17, 2026 with both defective chronogaph push buttons not working to activate the chroh=nograph. I have already contacted Swan and Edgar customer service who informed me that they would replace the watch with another Diplomat, but despite many emails after, as of today June 30, I have not received a pre-paid return coupon, nor my replacement Diplomat. So this is a poor review on watch quality, and customer service to replace defective watches. But I do like how the watch looks on my wrist. If only it would work propertly. 1"
