RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Swan & Edgar, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every timepiece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are completed within 10 working days of receiving your return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, and protective stickers intact. Proof of purchase is required. If your order included a complimentary gift, it must also be returned; otherwise, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at info@swanandedgar.london. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and full instructions.
Please note, items sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted. Should you select your own shipping method we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Swan & Edgar cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

We accept both domestic and international returns. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected, with the amount issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs will be deducted unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@swanandedgar.london, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will personally review the matter and provide a swift resolution.

Certain products cannot be returned, including personalised or custom-made items, special orders, and any goods containing hazardous materials such as lighters or flammable liquids. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.

For exchanges, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return has been accepted. Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your return. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to complete the process.
