All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received your confirmation email and if this still cannot be found, please email info@swanandedgar.london and we will be able to resend this for you.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

CUSTOMS DUTIES - CANADA, EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, ASIA AND ALL NON-UK COUNTRIES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@swanandedgar.london with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept domestic and international returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. See More About Our Returns Policy Here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@swanandedgar.london with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
