The Limited Edition Swan & Edgar Hand Assembled Salvadori Speed Rotor Mechanical Quartz Hybrid Silver Orange men’s watch celebrates Roy Salvadori who serves as a bridge between the glamour and elegance of Italian racing and the hard-headed robustness of the British counterparts. Salvadori was one of the most skilled drivers of his time and raced for a selection of teams, including Maserati and Aston Martin. His 1959 24 Hours of Le Mans victory alongside Carroll Shelby was his crowning achievement.

The powerful Mecha-Quartz movement symbolises the deft approach that Salvadori enjoyed and allows two distinct mechanisms to work in tandem perfectly. The tachymeter chapter ring measures speed based on time and distance travelled, while the rotating bezel and luminous hands provide further functionality. Its sunburst-orange dial is decorated with Hours, Minutes and Seconds counters to complete the timepiece.

The steel IP case and steel bracelet are complemented on the reverse by the Swan & Edgar logo-engraved stainless steel caseback and all three features combine to provide a glittering representation of an individual who loved to demonstrate grace and determination in equal balance.
