The following Fields Luxury Limited warranty (“Swan & Edgar Warranty”) applies to original Swan and Edgar watches purchased in the original labelled packaging and sold or presented for warranty service in any country (the “Watch”).

  1. WHAT THE SWAN & EDGAR WARRANTY COVERS AND DURING WHAT PERIOD

Under this Swan & Edgar Warranty, Swan & Edgar guarantees its Watch against defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of Sixty (60) months from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The Swan & Edgar Warranty is only applicable to watches purchased from the official Swan & Edgar webpage, or an authorized reseller. Swan & Edgar will provide for repair or replacement of your Watch or part free of charge according to the Swan & Edgar Warranty terms. Please note that the rights conferred by the Swan & Edgar Warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies provided by consumer laws and regulations in your applicable jurisdiction. As such, the Swan & Edgar Warranty and its benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by the applicable consumer law.

  1. LIMITATIONS TO THE SWAN & EDGAR WARRANTY (WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER)

The Swan & Edgar Warranty does not cover: 

(a) non-Swan & Edgar Watches,

(b) batteries, straps, link bracelets or glass,

(c) routine maintenance and cleaning, 

(d) damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by an accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your Watch, lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any other factor than a defect in the Watch’s manufacturing or material(s),

(e) water penetration caused by use in conflict with the Watch’s ATM (Atmospheres) mark,

(f) damage resulting from repair, service, or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Swan & Edgar retailer or service provider. Further, the Swan & Edgar Warranty shall become void if the serial number engraved on the watch’s case is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.

  1. WHAT WE WILL DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM UNDER THE SWAN & EDGAR WARRANTY

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim falls under this Swan & Edgar Warranty, Swan & Edgar will, at its discretion: (a) repair the Watch using new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability; or (b) replace the Watch with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. For warranty claim submitted in a country other than the country of purchase for the Watch, Swan & Edgar may repair or replace the Watch and/or parts with comparable Watch’s and/ or parts that comply with local standards. You will not be charged for the repair or replacement under this Swan & Edgar Warranty if your warranty claim within the scope of this Swan & Edgar Warranty. Furthermore, Swan & Edgar will be responsible for the costs of return shipping and handling for Swan & Edgar Warranty. If the Swan & Edgar Warranty is not applicable, void or rejected, Swan & Edgar will notify you accordingly and you may decide whether to proceed with the repair or replacement, or if you wish to have your watch returned. If you decide to proceed, you will be charged for part or all of any repair or replacement, including costs of return shipping and handling.

  1. HOW TO OBTAIN OUR REPAIR SERVICE

To obtain repair or replacement of your Watch under this Swan & Edgar Warranty, please contact the Swan & Edgar customer support by using the following email address: info@fieldsluxury.london. They will be able to provide information regarding our warranty service under this Swan & Edgar Warranty. Furthermore, in order to obtain repair or replacement under this Swan & Edgar Warranty, the returned Watch must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or the original Swan & Edgar warranty card/certificate that was included with the Watch in the original packaging at the time of purchase). If and when sending your Watch for repair or replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except as provided in this Swan & Edgar Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Swan & Edgar is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill. Subject to the applicable laws and regulations, the maximum liability of Swan & Edgar for breaching any written or implied warranty with respect to the watch shall not exceed the retail purchase value of the watch.
